Watheeqa serves its Saudi clients through Watheeqa Capital Company, Saudi Arabia. Clients are offered brokerage services to buy and sell securities in Tadawul, manage and advise discretionary and non-discretionary portfolios', investment funds and along with these offer custodial services and underwriting as well.
Watheeqa offers a wide and broad range of investment banking services that includes advisory on Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private placements and initial public offerings (IPO's). More specifically investment banking services includes valuations, corporate restructuring, feasibility studies, due diligence, ratings and listing; such as bond issues, equity issues, capital increase; as well as developing investment products to enable clients access the debt and capital markets.
Watheeqa also offers clients an opportunity to diversify into alternative investments such as private equity. Through our parent company's long-standing presence and credible expertise in this arena; Watheeqa builds and capitalizes on it's already well established relations, partnership and networking skills - right from sourcing deals, identifying opportunities to exiting the investments after the target returns are achieved. Apart from managing direct investments, Watheeqa advises clients in identifying private equity funds as well.

Accordingly, Watheeqa offers brokerage services in Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) through its group companies Watheeqa Securities Brokerage Company (Egypt) and Watheeqa Capital Company (KSA).
