Established in 2007 as a closely held real estate development company. The Company undertakes projects that require the development of properties in a phased manner, commencing with a strategic plot of land and resulting in the end-construction of luxurious residential tower complexes.

Watheeqa plans to expand upon The Company’s initial success by providing it with additional strategic support, drawing from its real estate experience and subsidiaries track record. Initially, The Company will focus its efforts on developing its prime plot of land measuring 17,500 sq. meters in the prestigious downtown Beirut area.

As of December 31, 2007 Watheeqa’s equity stake amounted to 100% and The Company’s total assets were approximately USD 14 million.
