GCF held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is an annual meeting of top business leaders, international political leaders, and selected intellectuals and journalists who share a common interest in global competitiveness.
Watheeqa Capital Company ("WCC") acted as the sole Financial Advisor to Bites Food Company ("Bites") in its 100% acquisition of Egyptian Lebanese Chain of Restaurants ("ELCOR"), thereby obtaining full control and exposure to multiple prime real estate restaurant locations in the greater Cairo area of Egypt.
ELCOR is currently the corporate identity operating the reputable Lebanese franchise "Crepaway" that serves a quality casual dining menu targeting the middle to upper-middle class youth of Egypt.
Going forward Bites aims to revamp ELCOR's prime real estate locations and introduce first of their kind internationally renowned multi-cuisine franchises to Egypt, targeting the ever growing affluent population segment.
